I had a mixed experience at Brown Town Resort & Spa. The peaceful ambiance and lush greenery were truly rejuvenating, but the service left a lot to be desired. While the food was delicious, the high prices and lack of customer service really dampened my stay. Overall, it's a nice escape if you can overlook the service issues. 🌳🍽️

I had a great two-night stay at Brown Town Resort. The staff was super accommodating, especially Mr. Azim, the Duty Manager, who really went out of his way to help us when we had issues with our room. The food was tasty, and the ambiance of the resort was quite relaxing, although service could use some improvement during busy times.
